In a crowded market and an advertising environment in which it was all too easy to get lost, Lovell asked us to develop a fresh approach to their advertising.

So we gave each new development a personality of its own and created an appropriate identity dependent on location and target market.

Heart of Bow targeted city workers and investors while Haslemere in Surrey and Ruby Brook in Ascot were aimed at a more family orientated market.

Result: Enquiry to conversion rates improved from 1 in 40 to 1 in 4.
